Just give them the price you want to pay for the house minus 6%

By that I mean, I knew how to say to potential customers, "Here is my product and here is the price. Although property investment is good, you should always mind about the prevailing price and market conditions of the area you are targeting. Your odds for success are increased exponentially, when buying discounted properties.
