Schedule Anything

One of my foster children known as himself stealing it, put a passcode on it. N reset the phone. I can not entry my telephone. I've tried to link it to my iTunes n go into recovery mode to restore to manufacturing facility however it tells me after two attempts that it principally could not because of detecting points.
