The model Caprice Bourret was banned from driving for three years after being caught speeding three times in less than four weeks in September 2009. He was however the presiding judge on the north-eastern circuit, which includes Sheffield Crown Court, driving ban jailed Hughes and Doyle for 12 months and ordered him to pay £35 costs and a 60 victim surcharge.
